Chicken essence efficient boiling dryer
working principle
The high-efficiency boiling dryer of chicken essence uses air heated by a heat exchanger to form hot air distributed into the main machine through a valve plate. The wet material enters the dryer from the feeder. Due to the action of wind pressure, the material forms a boiling state in the dryer and makes extensive contact with hot air to complete the drying of the material in a short time.

1. Closed negative pressure operation, air flow is filtered. Easy to operate and clean, making it an ideal equipment that meets GMP requirements.
2. The drying speed is fast, the temperature is uniform, and the drying time of each batch is 20-30 minutes.
3. The hopper is set with agitation to avoid agglomeration of moist materials and formation of channels when drying.
4. Dumping grains is convenient and quick, and automatic feeding and unloading systems can be designed as required.
5. The fluidized bed has a circular structure to avoid dead spots.
