1.1, Overall product characteristics:

Ø Adopt the automatic centralized lubrication and oil filling method guided by hydraulic oil pipes, which can realize oil filling without stopping.

Ø Hydraulic adjustment of the discharge port can be achieved without stopping.

Ø The moving jaw tension spring system adopts hydraulic assistance.

Ø The moving tooth plate and the fixed tooth plate are installed from the original two split upper and lower structures, and are changed into a cast integrated lining plate, which is easy to install and saves installation time.

Ø The main shaft is made of 40CrNiMo forged steel. After quenching and tempering heat treatment, the hardness can reach HB235 -269, the tensile strength is 1050MPa, and the yield strength is 930MPa.
