The lifting, slewing, luffing and other working mechanisms of this series of tower cranes integrate various domestic and foreign technologies. It has the following characteristics:
The lifting mechanism adopts a three-speed motor/eddy current brake motor, has a large drum diameter, long service life of the wire rope, and is braked by a hydraulic push rod brake.
The luffing mechanism adopts a two-speed/three-speed motor with good positioning performance.
The slewing mechanism adopts a planetary gear reducer for deceleration and is equipped with a torque-limiting hydraulic coupler for smooth speed adjustment and braking. The hoisting mechanism, luffing mechanism and slewing mechanism of QTZ200 tower crane adopt today's international frequency conversion stepless speed regulation scheme, which has high working speed, good speed regulation performance, and more stable and reliable work.
The cab is located at the lower part of the crane boom, which has a very good observation perspective for understanding the operation of the trolley and hook, and the bundling, lifting and positioning of the hoisted objects.
The safety devices are complete, including torque limiter, lifting height limiter, lifting volume limiter, trolley luffing limiter, swing limiter and other safety devices. The chord and web members of the tower body are made of special square steel pipes.
The man-machine relationship is fully considered from the overall shape to details such as walking platforms, ladders, protective fences, and cab. The whole machine has a beautiful shape, a wide driving field of vision, and is comfortable to use.
