The "Herak CL400(K)" is specially designed for high-precision grinding. To this end, we have developed and implemented many functions that were missing from previous grinding machines. The combination of these functions gives it a core advantage in high-precision grinding.

Not only is it easier for standard professional grinding, the grinding wheel protective cover automatically opens, and the two-sided movable layout has been moved. According to finite element analysis by a well-known European company, the overall rigidity of the machine tool is better than that of similar international products. The linear speed of the CBN grinding wheel can reach up to 150m/s. The grinding wheel holder is rotated. Mechanical/electrical control of the B-axis, a liquid supply system that optimizes flow, and a maximum of 11 CNC shafts. Remote diagnosis is possible. The dressing device is modular design and can be adjusted according to the grinding task and customer requirements. Different dressing devices are available for rotary and fixed dressing tools.

Compared with traditional steel beds, our beds not only have these characteristics, but also consume less energy during the production process, making them more environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Using the handwheel, users can easily move the shaft, control feed rates and make a variety of other settings. The operating panel is also equipped with a pressure sensor that responds through sound and tactile signals.
