Dani-Beam High temperature fabric dyeing machine is specifically designed for dyeing highly sensitive warp knits and mesh fabrics, high elastane content of knits and woven fabrics as well. Dyeing in beam form can effectively avoid scratches, folding marks, chicken feet marks problems. Fabric surface is smooth, clean and hairiness free.

Pressurised Dehydration System

The beam with well-designed perforations ensures the smooth passage of the dyeing liquid through the entire length of the cylinder. The trolley for loading and unloading the beam into the dyeing autoclave facilitates pre-and post-dyeing transport operation.

Different types of internal and external baffles (to block section of perforations) can be tailor-made as per customer’ s requirement and warp beam barrel with built-in water drums (to reduce the liquor ratio).
