The new CX3 is adopting a brand new exterior design, with all electric small machine carriage, and equipped with the industry-leading Steiger intelligent control system,which enables real-time monitoring and precise control of knitting process. Ready-to-wear garments can be knitted directly, eliminating traditional processes such as cutting, sewing and linking after flat knitting, reducing labor costs,improving delivery efficiency,and enhancing product quality and integrity.

From 5/7 gauge to 18 gauge including the multi gauges,it can adapt to the knitting needs of different thicknesses of yarns and different styles of fabrics; Equipped with the Model Plus software and a diverse library of pattern design materials,it provides designers with abundant creative resources and design inspiration, supports remote network monitoring, data transmission, provides a convenient communication and collaboration between designers and production personnel, and improves production efficiency.

Display screen

Featuring an LCD touch screen display with a color graphical interface, the system allows for the monitoring of cam operation status, actual positions, and the knitting status of garment pieces through on-screen pages. Moreover, it enables real-time adjustments to parameters such as stitch size, speed, and tension while the machine is in operation, thereby maximizing ease of use and time efficiency

Full-Motor with Triple-System Carriage

The fully motorized carriage with triple systems executes multiple knitting actions simultaneously within a single row. Coupled with optimized travel path

design, it achieves shorter reciprocation distance and faster return speed, enhancing overall efficiency

Motorized Yarn Feeder

Each yarn feeder is driven by an independent servo motor, integrated with real-time encoder feedback to achieve millimeter-level precision in positioning. Its free horizontal movement design synchronizes seamlessly with the knitting head's motion, minimizing idle travel and boosting production efficiency

Two Stage Stitch Density

With two-section stitch density control, each knitting needle can instantly change the tightness of the knitting loop when needed.

Electric brush

The motor controls the movement of the brush, reducing contact between the brush and the knitting needles, thereby enhancing the stability of the needle flipping

Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd was founded in 1988. At that time, our company's main products were hand and semi-automatic flat knitting machine, which enabled Cixing Group to expand and enter the flat knitting machine industry.

In 2003, Ningbo Yuren Knitting Machine Co., Ltd was established, and began to develop and produce computerized flat knitting machines. Since then, Cixing Group has become the world's largest manufacturer of computerized flat knitting machines.

In 2010, the company completed the reform of the shareholding system of enterprises. At the same time, Cixing Group acquired Switzerland Steiger, the world's third largest brand of flat knitting machine manufacturing with 70 years of history, which also promoted the company's technology research and development to a new level. So far, Switzerland Steiger is our largest overseas R&D organization (research and development).

In 2012, the company went public onto the stock market, becoming the first listed enterprise in China's flat knitting machine industry.

From 2015 to 2017, the industry extended the field of intelligent manufacturing, developing a flexible supply chain platform for knitted shoes and clothing, created shoes and clothing automation, and explored a new mode of intelligent manufacturing.
