Single carriage triple systems motorized-yarn-feeder knitting machine. This high-speed and efficient machine use the 5.2-inch carriage with full electric motors controlled, equipped with 16 electric motorized-yarn-feeders. The yarn feeders are independently controlled by the system, which can move freely in the horizontal direction, the yarn feeders can be accurately positioned and feed the yarn synchronously, reducing the empty stroke of the carriage, improving the efficiency of ordinary fabrics by 10%-20%, the efficiency of special fabrics by more than 50%,and the comprehensive efficiency by 20%-30%. It can easily realize the special structure patterns such as intarsia, reverse plating, inlay, weft laid-in, hollow-out knitting…etc., and increase the flexibility and diversification of patterns.
The new intelligent comb device can be adjusted automatically according to the width of the fabric, allows direct bottom knitting without waste yarn. Cooperate with the close-loop precise control of servo motor, it can save the time of removing waste yarn and the cost of waste yarn, which can greatly reduce the labor cost and production cost.
Full cam motorized carriage
With the full cam motorized super small carriage, the cam knit, tuck, transfer actions are controlled by motors, greatly reducing the cam failure rate. The carriage systems are cooperated with optimized course to have shorter return distance, faster return speed, truly achieving high-speed, efficient and stable production.
Motorized yarn feeder with lifting
16 motorized yarn feeders can move freely and horizontally, controlled by servo motor, automatically and accurately synchronize the yarn feeding of the carriage, avoid the position asynchronously, reduce the carriage move distance and improve the efficiency. It can be easily realize the special organization patterns such as intarsia, reverse inlay, weft lining, follow knitting, etc. The knitting efficiency of special fabrics such as intarsia, local jacquard can be further improved by selecting 8 lifting yarn feeders.
Intelligent comb
No waste yarn to knit the fabric bottom, save the machine knitting waste yarn time, reduces the workload of employees. It greatly reduces the enterprise cost. The main yarn lead is equipped with a yarn pressing device, so the main yarn lead wire is short, which saves the main yarn and reduces the phenomenon of poor cloth dropping and fabric winding caused by the long lead head. Servo closed-loop control is used to accurately control the pulling of the comb, it solves the two different density problems which caused by rib fabric pulling by comb and pulling by roller. The pulling force is more uniform, the fabric effect is better, and the fabric bottom is more beautiful. 5-12G standard configuration.
The stitch presser device for filled yarn
It work with the specially designated pattern, machine can do the function of filling and lining and can be realized to make the pattern more diversified. Standard configuration 12G/14G.
Automatic refueling
The automatic oil filling device has the functions of automatic reminder of insufficient oil quantity and oil pressure, and adjustable oil filling time and interval. Realize timing and quantitative automatic lubrication for high-speed machine, and eliminate the problem of oil needle or wear caused by human factors.
