Single carriage with dual systems/triple systems roller model, optional with comb and intelligent comb. Full motor 5.2-inch ultra-small carriage, motorized transfer cam, rapid return, carriage does not wait when transferring needles, double racking, effectively reducing carriage stroke and number of rows, greatly improving machine stability and efficiency.

Dynamic stitch function, which can support multi segment stitch knitting in the same row, one row can support 256 variable areas without breaking the row, increase the diversity of pattern design; and realize the knitting of different structure and different stitch densities in the same row. The fine adjustment function on both fabric sides can effectively solve the problem of different length and increase the flatness of fabric.

Monitor

It adopts LCD industrial touch screen with color graphical interface can display various knitting working parameters. The screen is centrally positioned for ease of use.

Full Cam Motorized Carriage

With the full cam motorized ultra-small carriage,the cam knit,tuck,transfer actions are controlled by motors,greatly reducing the cam failure rate,the carriage systems are cooperated with optimized course to have shorter return distance,faster return speed,truly achieving high-speed, efficient and stable production.

Stitch Motor

With dynamic degree function and using high-speed stepper motor, it can achieve multi segment degree function in one row.

Intelligent Comb

No waste yarn to knit the fabric bottom, save the machine knitting waste yarn time,reduces the workload of employees.It greatly reduces the enterprise cost.The main yarn lead is equipped with a yarn pressing device,so the main yarn lead wire is short,which saves the main yarn and reduces the phenomenon of poor cloth dropping and fabric winding caused by the long lead head.Servo closed-loop control is used to accurately control the pulling of the comb,it solves the two different density problems which caused by rib fabric pulling by comb and pulling by roller.Delivers more consistent tension, better fabric spreading, and cleaner bottom starts.5G-14G standard configuration.

Safety Light Curtain

Front safety door is equipped with a photoelectric safety device,when the light curtain is blocked,the device will send out a light shielding signal to control the mechanical equipment to stop working,so as to effectively avoid the occurrence of safety accidents.

Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd was founded in 1988. At that time, our company's main products were hand and semi-automatic flat knitting machine, which enabled Cixing Group to expand and enter the flat knitting machine industry.

In 2003, Ningbo Yuren Knitting Machine Co., Ltd was established, and began to develop and produce computerized flat knitting machines. Since then, Cixing Group has become the world's largest manufacturer of computerized flat knitting machines.

In 2010, the company completed the reform of the shareholding system of enterprises. At the same time, Cixing Group acquired Switzerland Steiger, the world's third largest brand of flat knitting machine manufacturing with 70 years of history, which also promoted the company's technology research and development to a new level.
