The model is GLZK3S-150/4.0A or B filter, GL means cylindrical filter;Z means vertical type with support;K means quick-opening blind plate (quick opening cap); the number 3 means that the filter element code is G3; The S behind 3 means double filter element;150 means nominal inlet and outlet diameter DN150;4.0 means design pressure 4.0MPa. A or B means that the inlet and outlet sealing surface is convex (M) or concave (FM). When the inlet and outlet flange sealing surface is convex (RF) sealing, there is no letter after the design pressure in the model, for example: GLZK3S-150/4.0.

Note:

1.& nbsp; The structural size of the filter in Tables 1 and 2 is the design pressure level of 1.6MPa; for the structural size of the filter with the design pressure of 2.5-8.0MPa, LI, A/ A\ L/LK, and d in the table will increase.

2.& nbsp; The nominal diameter D in Table 1 is the outer diameter; except for the model GLZ3S in Table 2, the rest of the nominal diameter D is the inner diameter.

3.& nbsp;GL type filters are divided into ordinary type (vertical type without support), horizontal type, and horizontal angle type according to installation type;GLZ (GLZK) type filter installation type is vertical type.

4.& nbsp; For each type of filter in Table 1, the installation type is mainly vertical or ordinary type (without support) under different design pressures. Only when the design pressures are 0.5 and 1.6MPa, the installation type of GL1-GL3 filters is provided with horizontal type (GLW); the type of GL1.5-GL2 filters is provided with horizontal type (GLJ).

5.& nbsp; The head cover type of the filter is flanged bolt connector head cover or quick-opening blind plate (i.e., quick-opening cover) for users to choose from. However, the horizontal or corner filters in Table 1 do not have a quick-opening head cover structure.

6.& nbsp; GLZ3 and GLZ4 filters are equipped with a dual filter element structure for users to choose from.

7.& nbsp; All sewage outlets with design pressures>1.6MPa are flanged connections.

8.& nbsp; When ordering filters of PN4.0MPa and above, users must indicate the sealing surface types of inlet and outlet flanges.

9.& nbsp; The overall size of each type of filter shall be subject to the as-built drawing.
