1.product introduction
The HN48D dual-use fuel controller is a newly developed dual-use fuel control unit suitable for aftermarket and foreign trade markets. It is mainly used for dual-nozzle (DIS) models.& nbsp;
The HN48D controller is suitable for vehicles with 4 cylinders and 8 injectors. By collecting all 8 fuel injectors into the ECU, and combining the operation, the injection of 4 gas nozzles can be reasonably controlled.
Get rid of the solution of installing external nozzle simulators for DIS models. At the same time, it also gets rid of the DIS model's scheme of using an 8-cylinder controller to realize injection, and reduces the installation of a set of gas nozzles.
Through creative acquisition and injection control methods, the HN48D controller solves the shortcomings of DIS models that cannot be adapted to asynchronous injection with conventional solutions, and also has excellent performance in drivability and acceleration. nbsp;
Note: DIS-Each cylinder is equipped with two fuel injection nozzles, and there is one fuel injection nozzle in the intake port to which each intake valve belongs.& nbsp;
