"MXT"  in "MXTiM" is the initials of Chinese Pinyin Maixingtu,and "iM" is "Intelligent Manufacturing"

In 1983,the first private enterprise in Jiaxing City,"Liangsan Micro Instrument Machine Tool Factory" was established.

In 1989,the company was renamed “Jiaxing Fengjiajichen Industrial Co., Ltd”.

In 1995,it acquired and established Nanhu Branch.

In 2017,Nanhu Branch was renamed “Zhejiang Maixingtu Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd”.

In 1983,the spring breeze of reform and opening up blew to South China.Chen Ajin and Chen Lingying of Liangsan Village,Daqiao Town,Jiaxing rented a 30 suqare meters private house with 8000yuan,hung up the sign of “Liangsan Micro Instrument Machine Tool Factory”,and took away the first private enterprise license in the history of Jiaxing-"No.0001" which was the starting point of Maixingtu.

From 1990 to 2008,Chen Ajin changed the name of the factory to"Fengjiajichen" according to the names of his four grandchildren,began to introduce the CNC system that was scare at that time,and cooperated with Zhejiang University to develop CNC lathe with slant bed,and its products entered the supply chain of large state-owned enterprises.

From 2008 to 2017,because of the financial crisis the orders for traditional machine tools fell off.ChenLingying decided to develop high-end CNC lathes,sell the old factory,establish a constant temperature digital workshorp,and launch new products such as CKX inclined guiderail lathe series and V series vertical machining center.

In 2017,Chenjia the “third generation” who returned from studying abroad,led the completion of the shareholding system transformation,launched the new brand"Maixingtu",and was determined to move towards digital high-end equipment.The company simultaneously launched its self-developed MES system and began to transform from a stand-alone manufacturer to an “Intelligent Production Line Solution Service Provider” .
