working principle
High-speed wet mixing granulator for inhalant granulesThrough the wet granulation method, after the material is evenly mixed with the binder and wetting agent, the material is subjected to shearing, impact and extrusion through a blade rotating at high speed to form a granular product. At the same time, during the wet granulation process, the uniformity and stability of the granules can be improved because the material and binder are fully mixed.

1. It adopts a horizontal cylinder structure to fully seal the drive shaft and can be switched to water during cleaning.
2. Fluidized granulation, the granulation is approximately spherical and has good fluidity.
3. Compared with traditional processes, the binder is reduced by 25% and the drying time is shortened.
4. Each batch takes 2 minutes for dry mixing, and 1-4 minutes for granulation. The efficiency is 4-5 times higher than that of traditional processes.
5. Completed in the same closed container, dry mixing-wet mixing-granulation, the process is reduced and conforms to GMP specifications.
6. The entire operation has strict safety protection measures.
scope of use
1. This machine uses the swinging action of a rotating cylinder. Through a sieve, wet powder raw materials can be ground into grains. It can also be widely used to crush pressed pieces into ready-made grains.
2. In chemicals, the powder used as a mixed mixture is ground into granules, dried and used for pressing tablets. It can also be crushed into lumps during storage, or lumps formed during chemical processing. It is used in the food industry to process candies and mixtures, wheat tooth milk and other products. In other industries, mixtures such as ceramics and plastics become shaped particles.
3. It is not suitable for solid, liquid, slurry or grinding.
4. The number of meshes of the mesh sieve should be selected according to the particle size requirements.
