Product information
The equipment is mainly used for mass production of ITO films for perovskite solar cells. It is compatible with the process of producing conductive electrode copper for perovskite solar cells, and can also develop silicon nitride and other processes. ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), as the core material of transparent conductive electrodes, is widely used in electronic displays due to its high transmittance (80% transmittance in the visible light region) and low resistivity (10-4~10-3Ω.cm). Devices, flexible wearable devices and other fields. ITO films are the preferred material for transparent conductive electrodes in perovskite solar cells. They are usually used as the substrate of the cell (such as ITO glass) and perform the following functions: Light transmission: allowing more than 90% of visible light to penetrate through, ensuring that the perovskite layer effectively absorbs light. Charge collection: An efficient charge transport path is formed through electron transport layers (such as Sn02) and perovskite layers. Structural support: Provides a stable base for multilayer film stacks.
