Product information

The FCSMC series of cyclonic and static microbubble flotation columns are new and efficient equipment used for the separation of various minerals in the mineral processing industry. They have the advantages of high mineral processing efficiency, small investment, short construction period, low operating costs, high degree of automation, and convenient maintenance.

After years of key scientific and technological research, the cyclone-static microbubble flotation column is based on process enhancement and uses a stepped combination of multiple different fluid mineralization methods to form a stepped enhanced separation process with continuous fluid turbulence and mineralization capacity as the flotation process continues. The stepped enhanced separation process with continuous improvement and continuous improvement of the separation environment.

Cyclonic-static microbubble flotation column consists of three parts: column flotation, cyclone separation, and pipe flow mineralization. The whole equipment is a column, and column flotation is located in the upper part of the column. It adopts the flotation principle of countercurrent collision mineralization to realize the separation of fine materials in a static separation environment with low turbulence; cyclonic separation and column flotation are connected in upper and lower structures, forming the main body of the column separation method; cyclonic separation includes gravity separation according to density and cyclonic flotation in the background of a cyclonic force field. Cyclonic flotation not only provides an efficient mineralization method, but also greatly reduces the lower limit of flotation particle size and greatly improves the flotation speed. Cyclonic separation plays an enhanced role in sweeping in the column separation process with its strong recovery ability. Pipe flow mineralization utilizes the jet principle. By introducing gas and crushing into bubbles, a gas-solid-liquid three-phase system of circulating ore is formed in the pipe flow and highly turbulent mineralization is achieved. Pipe flow mineralization is connected tangentially to cyclonic separation, forming a cyclic separation of middlings.

The theory of column step enhanced separation takes efficient column separation methods and deep mineral separation as the main line. It introduces nonlinear methods into the process of separating fine materials, optimizes equipment structure and process conditions, and constructs a nonlinear separation environment inside a device and forms a nonlinear separation process to improve separation efficiency.

The self-sucking micro-bubble generator introduced through a jet can be adjusted according to the structural size of the device, with high inflation efficiency and fine and uniform bubbles generated.

The flotation column liquid level detection and control system is fully automated and mainly consists of a pressure sensor, a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a tailings variable frequency pump (or an electrically controlled hose valve). During the flotation process, a pressure sensor detects the change in the liquid level height in the column, transmits the signal to the PLC controller, and then the PLC automatically adjusts the speed of the underflow variable frequency pump (or the opening of the electronic control valve) to achieve the purpose of controlling the liquid level. Through the PLC controller touch screen, users can easily set the liquid level height according to needs to achieve automatic control.
