1. Introduction
STX-402 benchtop diamond wire cutting machine is a small benchtop diamond wire cutting equipment developed and manufactured by our company. It can be used for precision cutting of brittle materials such as crystals, ceramics, glass, honeycomb ceramics (vehicle exhaust treatment carrier, thin-walled, fragile), rock samples, mineral samples, PCB boards, refractory materials, composite materials, biological and biomimetic composite materials. The maximum cutting size can reach 4." This machine achieves high-efficiency and high-quality cutting and is an ideal equipment for laboratories and production units.
It is especially suitable for cutting high-value, easily fragmented crystals, such as ZnO, BTO, YAG, BBO, etc., with a slicing success rate of more than 99%; it is equipped with a two-dimensional adjustable fixture, and the horizontal and vertical corner accuracy is ±10 ', which can ensure the accuracy of cutting crystal direction; an 80-m-long diamond wire is used for reciprocating cutting, and the line speed is adjustable between 0-2m/s; it can also be cut using metal light and abrasive slurry; it is driven by a stepper motor and automatically fed cutting. The cutting speed can be adjusted accordingly according to different materials to improve cutting quality and extend the service life of diamond wires.
