1. Overview
The iqiege® 7110D automatic metallographic cutting machine (formerly LDQ-350A) is a vertical large-scale metallographic cutting machine designed and manufactured based on the principles of safety and environmental protection. It is suitable for cutting samples of various metallic and non-metallic materials, so as to observe the metallographic and petrographic structure of the material. This machine has stable operation, low noise, simple operation and safe use. It is one of the necessary equipment for making solid material samples in the laboratory.
This machine is composed of cutting system, cooling system, lighting system, cleaning system, etc. The upper part of the equipment is completely covered by a protective cover that can be opened and closed. In front of the protective cover is an oversized observation window. Together with a high-brightness lighting system, the operator can grasp the cutting process at any time. The grooved cast iron workbench combined with clamps can be competent for cutting various shaped workpieces. The super cooling system prevents the workpiece from being burned during cutting. The cooling water tank is placed in the base of the equipment. The water tank is equipped with a magnetic separator for easy collection of residue and waste. Door safety switches and explosion-proof shields ensure the safety of operators.
