1. Overview

The iqiege® 7160S fully automatic specimen cutting machine is a large-scale automated metallographic cutting machine. It adopts Siemens programmable controller, which has very high reliability and strong control capabilities. It uses a touch screen in terms of human-computer interaction; It adopts a high-precision stepper motor in control; it is suitable for cutting samples of various metallic and non-metallic materials to observe the metallographic and petrographic structures of the materials. This machine is automated in the cutting process, low in noise, simple to operate, safe and reliable. It is one of the important equipment for making solid material samples in modern laboratories.
