1. Overview

The iqiege® 2100D metallographic cutting machine (formerly LSQ100) is suitable for cutting samples of various metallic and non-metallic materials to observe the metallographic and petrographic structures of the materials. This machine has functional characteristics such as high performance, low noise, extremely large cutting room, fully enclosed waterproof motor, and high-brightness waterproof lighting. This machine is vertical and also has practical characteristics such as novel shape, convenient operation, safety and reliability. In addition, this machine is equipped with a cooling device. Using a configured coolant can take away the heat generated during cutting to avoid overheating of the specimen and burning the specimen tissue.
