Performance characteristics of four-roll plate bending machine:

       The machine has a four-roll type. The upper roll is the main drive, and the output gear of the reducer is meshed with the upper roll gear to provide torque for rolling the plate; the lower roll performs vertical lifting motion, which is obtained by the action of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder on the piston, so as to clamp the plate, which is hydraulic transmission; side rollers are provided on both sides of the lower roll and tilt along the guide rail of the frame, and are driven by a screw nut worm wheel; the advantage of the machine is that the pre-bending and rolling of the plate end can be carried out on the same equipment.
