Mechanical three-roll symmetrical plate bending machine
Working principle of mechanically symmetrical plate bending machine This mechanism form is a three-roller symmetrical type. The upper roller makes vertical lifting motion at the symmetrical position in the center of the two lower rollers, which is obtained through screw nut worm transmission, and the two lower rollers make rotary motion. The output gear of the reducer is meshed with the lower roller gear to provide torque for rolling the plate.
Figure 1.1 Working principle diagram of three-roll plate bending machine

1.1: The main drive means that the lower roller rotates clockwise or counterclockwise around D2 and D3 respectively. It is mainly driven by two lower rollers and consists of a main motor, a main reducer, a coupling, and an open gear. When working, the upper roller is driven by the friction between the sheets and materials, and also serves as a driven shaft to adjust the extruded workpiece. The auxiliary drive uses a separate drive system to control the rise or fall of the upper roller. It consists of an upper roller lifting motor, a speed reducer, a coupling, a worm wheel, a worm wheel, a screw nut and a screw rod. During work, the reducer drives the worm to rotate the nut inside the worm wheel to rotate, causing the screw rod and the upper roller bearing block to perform lifting and lowering movements, causing the upper roller to rise or fall. When rolling the plate, under the downward pressure of the upper roller, the two lower rollers rotate forward and backward to make the plate achieve the required curvature and form the expected circle or arc.
