Xinran screw expander is a positive displacement expander. Commonly known as screw expander refers to twin screw expander. The nature of screw expander is specially used for the development and optimization of flatulence. It is mainly composed of a pair of screw rotors and chassis that are engaged with each other. The gap between the rotors and the rotor and the casing are sealed to form a continuously changing working chamber volume, which contains the heat of adiabatic expansion of the laser cavity and drives the rotor. Rotating power and expanding power at the same time, reducing the pressure and temperature of the working medium and realizing thermal power conversion. The air inlet of the screw expander can be saturated steam or liquid steam. Relative movement between the screws limits fouling, which also reduces clearance and improves efficiency. Screw expanders have a wide range of variable working conditions and will still have high efficiency even at low loads.
At present, Xinran's screw expansion generator sets have been widely used in waste heat power generation, industrial residual pressure power generation, geothermal power generation and bioenergy power generation in the steel industry. The projects are mainly distributed in steel, petrochemical, plastics, chemical fiber, geothermal, biomass and other industries.

characteristics
- The working medium has a wide range of application and can be used for energy recovery of saturated steam, vapor-liquid two-phase, high-pressure hot water and other media. There are no special requirements for the quality of the working medium.
- The efficiency of this product is insensitive to changes in working medium parameters and load. It can adapt to changes in production, heat consumption, electricity loads of industrial and mining enterprises, residual heat, residual pressure parameters and working medium quality, and can maintain stable and high efficiency, and operate smoothly, safely and reliably.
- The whole machine is assembled and delivered from the factory, and it can be put into operation after being connected and debugged on site. Under normal conditions, the unit does not need to be returned to the factory for overhaul; the unit maintenance technology and equipment requirements are low, no professional team and site equipment requirements are required, and the maintenance period is short.
- The rotor is highly rigid, and when speeding, a major accident such as "speeding" will not occur like a steam turbine; the starting torque is large, and it can be started directly with load.
- It has a high degree of automation, realizing stable and safe operation all day long and unattended. The control system has automatic control, fault monitoring and alarm functions, making it simple and convenient to operate. The power generation system adopts import regulation and synchronous installation to realize automatic synchronous grid connection of the generator.
- The thermal system is very simple, with a small amount of on-site installation work, low investment per unit in the system, short return on investment, and obvious environmental benefits.
