ORC is a key technology in the field of low-temperature waste heat utilization. It uses organic fluids as working fluids to convert waste heat emitted by the upper energy system into high-grade energy, thereby improving the overall utilization of energy. The liquid organic working medium enters the heat exchanger after circulation, absorbs the heat of waste heat and generates organic working medium steam at a certain pressure and temperature. The steam drives the screw expander to do work, and the output kinetic energy drives the generator to generate electricity. The low-pressure organic working medium exhausted from the expander enters the condenser to release heat, condenses into liquid organic working medium, and then re-enters the heat exchanger through the circulation pump. In this way, the conversion of heat energy and kinetic energy is realized through the reciprocating cycle.
