Enamel reactor/glass-lined reactor characteristics:
Enamel reactor/glass-lined reactor consists of reactor body, reactor cover, stirrer, jacket, support and transmission device, shaft sealing device, etc. The materials and openings can be made according to the user's process requirements.
According to the heating form, it can be divided into: electrically heated enamel reactor, thermally conductive oil heated enamel reactor, steam-heated enamel reactor, water-heated enamel reactor, open-fire heated reactor, etc.
According to the jacket form, it is divided into: jacket type enamel reactor and outer disk semi-tube type enamel reactor. The jacket heat conductive oil heating type is equipped with flow guide devices.
Enamel reaction kettle stirrers generally have paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw type, scraping wall type, axial flow type, etc. High-speed reactor types include dispersion impeller type, turbine type, high shear type, and propeller type, which are available for customers to choose according to the process.
The transmission forms of reaction vessel agitator include ordinary motors, explosion-proof motors, electromagnetic speed-regulating motors, frequency converters, etc. The speed reducers include cycloid needle wheel, worm wheel, and planetary stepless speed change types.
Shaft seals are divided into ordinary water-cooled packing seals, combined PTFE packing seals, mechanical seals, and double-end mechanical seals.
Reaction vessel discharge forms include ball valves, downward expansion valves, and PTFE ball valves.
Supporting accessories for the enamel reactor include: snake cooling coils in the reactor, high-level tanks, distillation columns, vertical condensers, elbows, etc. for customers to choose from.

Welding standards: manual arc welding is used for welding, and the electrode model is E4315; submerged arc automatic welding: welding wire grade is H08A, flux is HJ431, corresponding flange welding standards, and the rest shall be implemented in accordance with HG/T20583-2001 Structural Design Code for Steel Chemical Vessels *
Inspection standard: X-ray, 20% of the length of each welded joint of Class A and Class B, and no less than 250mm shall be qualified according to NB/T47013.1~5-2015 AB*Ⅲ*.
Penetration test: Test for leakage of kerosene after welding, and it is considered qualified if there is no leakage. The circumferential weld between the clamp sleeve body and the upper connecting ring * is welded and subjected to surface nondestructive testing I * shall be qualified. The execution standard for hydraulic test shall be in accordance with GB/T7994 *. Airtightness pressure test is conducted according to consultation.
Enamel inspection: glass lining thickness 0.8-2.0mm, high voltage test: 20KV working surface is non-conductive (according to GB/T7993 *)
Paint packaging: Implement in accordance with GB25025 -2010 regulations *, apply anti-rust paint twice on the surface of the equipment and once on top coat. Customers can freely choose the spray color.
