Yongxing's WNS ultra-low nitrogen fuel-fired gas boiler is a shell type three-pass wet-back fuel-fired gas boiler produced using advanced technology. It consists of a boiler body, connected flue, deoxygenator, burner, steam water system, instrument, energy saver, condenser, etc. Compared with old boilers, its * prominent feature is low nitrogen (during the operation of the boiler, nitrogen oxide emissions are greatly reduced, reaching below 30mg/m3, which meets national policy requirements). In addition, this boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, simple operation, safe and reliable operation, and has now been widely used in all walks of life.
The WNS ultra-low nitrogen gas boiler adopts a fully wet back structure, and the high-temperature flue gas is surrounded by water, which solves the cooling and sealing problems of the smoke return room and improves the operating environment of the boiler. The addition of a condenser (made of finned tubes) has increased the efficiency of the boiler to more than 98%, saving operating costs. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with a leakage protection function. Once the control system detects leakage from the electric heating element, the boiler will automatically cut off the power supply to ensure the safety of workers and the boiler and improve the service life of the boiler.

The control system controls the start and stop of the circulation pump according to the boiler water temperature. When the boiler water temperature reaches the set upper limit, the hot water circulation pump is started. When the water temperature is lower than the set lower limit, the hot water circulation pump is stopped.
A condenser is added at the tail of the boiler, which uses the waste heat discharged at the tail of the boiler to increase the inlet water temperature of the boiler and reduce the exhaust gas temperature, so that the thermal efficiency of the boiler reaches more than 100%, saving operating costs.
Combustion, water level, temperature and steam pressure can all be automatically adjusted and controlled, which not only facilitates workers 'operation, but also improves safety.
