The DZH hand-fired biomass boiler is an energy-saving, environmentally friendly and efficient product. It can burn molded biomass fuel, or it can also burn pure coal or mix coal and molded biomass fuel. The DZH hand-fired biomass boiler is a single-drum longitudinal biomass boiler. It is a new product developed by our company in response to environmental protection policies. It uses biomass particles processed from crop waste such as straw, sawdust, and peanut shells as fuel. The flue gas emissions are greatly reduced compared with coal-fired boilers, which meets national environmental protection standards. What's better is that crop waste can be seen everywhere, which not only turns waste into treasure and realizes the reuse of energy, but also has low prices, achieving the dual unity of social and economic benefits.
This boiler is a horizontal three-return water-fire tube boiler. It adopts a new furnace design, which promotes the combustion of fuel to the greatest extent and achieves the thermal efficiency of 83%. After the fuel is burned, the flue gas enters the dust remover through the heating surface, economizer, air preheater, etc., and is finally discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The remaining small amount of ash falls into the slag discharge port and is used as farm manure needed for crop growth.
