The YY(Q)W type oil-fired and gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace is a new type of heating equipment. It uses oil or gas as fuel and heat-conducting oil as the conduction medium. It uses a circulation oil pump to force the heat-conducting oil to circulate in the liquid phase and transport the heat energy to the heating equipment. After that, it returns to the heating furnace for reheating. It has low temperature and high pressure working characteristics. In addition, it can also output two or more heat transfer oils with different temperatures at the same time according to customer requirements. Therefore, it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, plastics, food and other industries, and has been unanimously trusted and recognized by customers.
The YY(Q)W type oil-fired and gas-conductive oil furnace adopts a horizontal three-return structure. The heating surface is mainly composed of a radiant heating surface composed of inner coil tubes and a convective heating surface composed of middle and outer coil tubes and inner coil tubes. The structure is very compact. The fuel burns in the combustion chamber and releases heat. After the heating surface absorbs * of the heat, the flue gas enters the convective heating surface and exchanges heat. Finally, the flue gas is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan until it is discharged into the atmosphere.
