SHX circulating fluidized bed boiler is a double drum horizontal circulating fluidized bed boiler launched by Yongxing Special Equipment. Its furnace contains a large amount of materials. During the combustion process, a large amount of materials are carried to the upper part of the furnace by the flue gas. The materials are separated from the flue gas by the separator, and the materials are sent into the bed through a non-mechanical return valve for repeated cyclic combustion. During operation, the emission concentration of sulfur dioxide can be reduced by adding limestone to the furnace, thereby meeting the requirements of national environmental protection policies.

The separator and material circulation and return system both adopt membrane water-wall structures, and the combustion device adopts dense wind caps and porous forms, which makes the boiler have the advantages of high combustion efficiency, good load adjustability, high degree of automation, and easy utilization of ash. It has a leading level in China. In particular, the intra-vortex separator is composed of a special linear structure, which greatly improves the separation efficiency, up to 98%, and the minimum separation particle size is 8-12um, which reduces wear on the boiler heating surface.

The use of forced water circulation makes boiler operation more reliable and safe.

The fuel burn-out rate is above 98%, which improves combustion efficiency and reduces losses.

A vortex separator is arranged in the furnace to reduce the height of the furnace.

The double drum horizontal structure avoids overheating and bulging caused by the drum being directly exposed to the furnace, and the layout of heating surfaces is more reasonable.

The separator adopts a membrane wall structure, which allows residual carbon in the flue gas to continue to burn in the separator without causing coking and improving separation efficiency.

The desulfurization rate reaches about 90%, which reduces SO2 emissions, protects the environment, and conforms to national policy requirements.

The internal components of the automatic control system are all made of international famous brands (Siemens or Delixi), which improves the reliability of boiler operation.
