There are many categories of autoclaves, which can be divided into through-type autoclaves and end-type autoclaves according to the number of doors. End-end autoclave is a single-end open-door autoclave. It is a one-end lid product carefully developed and designed by the company based on domestic pressure vessel indicators by absorbing domestic and foreign technology. When pressure steaming of insulation materials, rubber products, cement, aerated blocks, etc., the hydrothermal reaction of CaO-SiO2-H2O can be completed in the kettle, which is very convenient.
The structure of the end-type autoclave is very simple. It consists of a kettle body, a lid, valves and instruments, supports and safety accessories. Steel rails and steam distribution pipes are laid inside. During R & D and production, we always put customer needs first. In line with the principle of thinking about customers, we also specially set up a sealing steam anti-flushing cover and a drainage cover in the kettle body, which greatly improves the service life of the autoclave. Reasonable design and advanced production process make it widely used in high-strength gypsum, rubber products, high-strength glass, wood, medicine, chemical and other industries.

The kettle door is of a movable quick-opening structure and is equipped with a safety interlock protection device to avoid hidden dangers of misoperation and ensure the safe operation of the end-type autoclave and the safety of operators.
The company carried out ANSYS finite element analysis and calculation on various parts of the autoclave and the autoclave body, which improved the service life of the autoclave.
