1. Factory conditions

1.1 The company and its subsidiaries have four factory areas with a total construction area of 92000 square meters

 Yantai North Factory Area, with a building area of 10000 square meters, carries out rough processing and prefabrication processes, and has a storage center;

 Yantai South Factory Area, with a construction area of 18000 square meters, has an advanced high-precision processing center, and also carries out the entire process of assembly, testing, sandblasting, painting, packaging and delivery of dry vacuum pumps;

 Zibo North Factory, with a construction area of 33000 square meters, is responsible for the sandblasting, painting, packaging and delivery processes of liquid ring vacuum pumps and chemical centrifugal pumps;

Zibo South Factory, with a construction area of 31000 square meters, is responsible for the assembly and testing of liquid ring vacuum pumps and chemical centrifugal pumps. There is also a storage center.

2. Production equipment

The key production equipment of Volm is fully imported from Germany's DMG MORI, Japan's O-M, KURAKI, MAKINO, South Korea's DOOSAN and other world-class brands. Impellers, shafts, pump covers and other parts are processed with micron precision to ensure that design tolerances reach precision level, realizing coaxiality at both ends and uniform force, ensuring long-term stable operation of the pump under severe working conditions.

The Volm inspection equipment is all imported equipment from world-class brands such as Schenk of Germany, FARO of the United States, and Hexagon of Sweden. Quality assurance is achieved in the pump production process according to key control points in the quality control process.

The test bench is a national first-class standard test bench, covering an area of 5000 square meters, with an effective pool volume of 5000m³ and a depth of 12 meters. There are a total of 12 test benches in open and closed settings. It independently develops and develops the leading computer-aided test system in China. It is fully equipped with various high-precision testing equipment and instruments. The central control room and on-site large screens simultaneously monitor the test process, meeting the level 1 accuracy requirements of GB/T3216-2016 and IS09906 -2012.

4.2 Dry vacuum pump test stand

The test bench covers an area of 1000 square meters and is used to test the comprehensive performance of dry vacuum pumps. It consists of measuring devices, control systems, data acquisition systems and other parts. It can perform vacuum pumping, pump speed, extreme pressure, leakage of dry vacuum pumps. Various tests such as volume, pump oil temperature rise, etc. Comply with GB/T19956.1-2005, GB/T19956.2-2005 and other standards.

 The air inside the pipeline is automatically exhausted at the beginning of the test;

 The number of test cycles is freely set and automatically stops after completion;

 The test piece leaks or the pressure is too high, the machine will automatically shut down, and the cause of the failure will be displayed.

5. Intelligent production management system ERP

Track the progress of every production link in real time. From the cutting of raw materials and the processing of parts to the assembly and testing of vacuum pumps, by setting up data collection points at each production node, the system can obtain production progress information and display it in an intuitive way (such as production progress billboards). 6. Storage center

Adopt PDA intelligent warehousing technology, combine PDA handheld terminals and warehouse management system (WMS) to achieve efficient management of vacuum pumps and their parts. PDA terminals integrate bar code scanning, RFID identification and other functions to collect warehousing and outbound information in real time and synchronize it to WMS, reducing data entry time and error rate. The WMS system performs inventory analysis and prediction based on uploaded data, automatically generates replenishment and transfer instructions, monitors inventory levels, triggers early warning mechanisms, and reduces out-of-stock risks and inventory costs.
