LC series of high-efficiency flue gas desulfurization circulation pumps are a new generation series of desulfurization pumps carefully developed based on our company's successful experience in designing and manufacturing the original LC-T series slurry pumps, and based on the characteristics of my country's industrial flue gas desulfurization pumps, in order to meet the needs of limestone (lime)/gypsum pumps for wet flue gas desulfurization process in coal-fired power plants in my country. It absorbs the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, and is specially used for absorption tower circulation pump PH value: 2.5~13, chloride ion concentration: ≤60000ppm, weight concentration:≤60%, medium temperature: ≤100℃.
This series of desulfurization circulation pumps has met the energy-saving evaluation requirements of energy efficiency standards, and the energy-saving effect is obvious. The products meet the requirements of safety, quality and environmental protection standards. They have been selected into the recommended catalog of energy-saving electromechanical equipment (products) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Performance and advantages
1)The pump is of an all-metal structure. The pump body is made of ultra-low carbon and nitrogen-containing dual-phase stainless steel CD4MCuN. The impeller and wear-resistant plate are made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy Cr30A. It has excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance and long service life.
2)The pump is a single volute, single stage, and single suction centrifugal pump with a "pull-back" structure. When removing the impeller, mechanical seal, shaft and other components, there is no need to remove the pump inlet and outlet pipelines, making it easy to maintain.
3)Generally, single-end containerized mechanical seals are used for easy disassembly and assembly. The impeller is designed with balanced holes to prevent large particles from contacting the mechanical seal.
4)The axially adjustable structural design makes the impeller easy to adjust and maintains the clearance between the impeller and the front pump cover and wear plate, thereby maintaining the high efficiency of the pump.
5)The pump shaft has a large diameter and a short shaft head, which can reduce the deflection of the shaft during work, thereby extending the sealing service life.
6)The impeller and shaft adopt double bond connection and double locking device, which solves the problem of impeller reversing and falling off during shutdown and backwashing.
7)The use of thin oil lubricated bearings, equipped with oil level mirrors and constant oil cups, can fully ensure good lubrication; the use of safe and reliable labyrinth dust disk can effectively prevent dirt and impurities from entering and prevent leakage of lubricating oil.
