Sulfuric acid centrifugal blowers are available in five series: AI, A II, S, B II, and C:

 This series of centrifugal blowers is widely used in the acid making industry. It can also be used to recover sulfur dioxide flue gas generated by smelting non-ferrous metal ores such as copper, lead, and zinc, and can also be used to transport gases such as gas and air.

AI system column drum wind Machine:

      This series of blowers are of low-speed single-stage, cantilever structure. The fan and the motor are directly connected, and rolling bearings and sliding bearings can be used. The impeller is located at the outer ends of the two supporting shafts. The casing and bearing housing are made of resin sand casting, and the impeller is made of alloy steel welded. At high pressure rise, the impeller is forged from high-strength alloy steel for the integral front and rear discs. This series of blowers is widely used for chemical fertilizer gas production, converter steel making, coal gas, SO ˇ and other gas transportation. When transporting flammable, toxic and harmful gases, nitrogen-filled seals, graphite seals, etc. are equipped to prevent harmful gases from leaking out. The flow range of this series of fans is 80~1300m³/min, and the pressure rise is 1000~ 4000 mmH ˇ O.

AII series column drum wind Machine:

       This series of blowers are of low-speed single-stage, single-suction, and dual-support structure. The fan is directly connected to the motor, and the impeller is inside the two supporting bearings. The air inlet chamber and bearing box of the casing are made of resin sand castings. The impeller is welded with alloy steel. At high pressure rise, the impeller is forged from high-strength alloy steel for the integral front and rear discs. At large flow rates (greater than 3000 m³/min), the casing adopts a steel plate welded structure. This series of blowers adopts sliding bearings and is equipped with an independent thin oil station to supply oil. This series of blowers is mainly used in converter steelmaking, large-scale dust removal, sintering ring cooling gas transportation and other industries. Frequency conversion speed regulation, liquid couple speed regulation and other devices can be configured according to user needs. The flow range is 1000~3500m³/min, and the pressure increase is 1800~4500 mmH ˇ O.

 Type AI is a single-stage cantilever structure, Type AII is a single-stage double support structure, Types BII and S are single-stage double support high-speed structures, and Type C is a two-stage stainless steel impeller double support structure.
