Step 2: Develop a design and development plan Proposal Preparation

STEP 3: Industrial Design

Step 4: Technical Design
Product technical design includes structural design, electrical system design, cooling system design, analysis and confirmation of parts assembly, product technical requirements and performance goals, ensuring the advancement, feasibility and reliability of product design, and achieving target costs.
STEP 5: Mold Design Manufacturing
The design and manufacturing of molds are supported by Qingtian Guangdong Qingtian Yueding Mold Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Electric Power Research Institute. Qingtian Yueding is a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of injection molding and sheet metal molds. The company covers an area of nearly 10,000 square meters and has 150 employees, including 45 craftsmen and designers, 93 professional technicians, and is equipped with more than 100 sets of various processing machinery and equipment.
STEP 6: Prototype and Testing Functional Prototype Standard Prototype
