PT-L07A ultra-high speed test stroboscope is an upgraded product of the PN-07C motor speed test stroboscope. It is an ultra-high speed test stroboscope mainly developed for the field of non-destructive testing, with a detection accuracy of 0.1%. The maximum detection frequency can reach 300,000 times per minute (the strobe frequency can be higher and can be customized according to customer requirements). With a unique digital display function, it can quickly and accurately determine the speed, running trajectory, and production fault points of motors, looms, etc.
PT-L07A ultra-high speed test stroboscope is mainly used for speed measurement of micromotors, textile spindles, false twisters, two-for-one twister, dynamometer, horn and small electric tools. It is a non-contact speed measurement instrument that can measure the rotating speed of rotating objects, periodic vibration frequency, and also observe the wear changes of running parts.
The PT-L07A ultra-high speed test stroboscope is purchased with imported LED lamp beads, which are energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The lamp beads have a long design life, bright and uniform and soft lighting. An efficient energy control chip is used to control the energy output, making the energy output more stable, with high brightness and low calorific value; a high-performance single-chip microcomputer processing unit and a dedicated display chip are used to drive the digital tube display, with high frequency accuracy; an imported rotary encoder is used for fast frequency modulation, built-in high-performance lithium battery, which makes the weight lighter; there is no need for AC220V AC power supply, which eliminates the trouble caused by the power cord to operation. It can be carried anywhere in your hand for observation, making it more convenient to use. Sufficient electricity can meet the production requirements of a single shift, and the continuous working time is about 4-10 hours (the specific time is related to the frequency of flash).
