The LB series chemical process pump is a single-stage horizontal centrifugal pump with a foot support. It is implemented in accordance with the American Petroleum Institute API610 and VDMA24297 standards. It has high reliability, long life, smooth operation, high degree of generalization, high cavitation and high efficiency.

design features
1. Designed and assembled in accordance with AP1610 standard, the coupling has an extension section. Ensure that maintenance standards for process industry structures are implemented.

2. The basic components of pumps of different specifications can be interchanged. Only 6 specifications of bearing components are needed for 30 specifications of pumps, and only 6 specifications of bearing components are needed for 30 specifications of pumps.

The double volute pump body (diameter above 80mm) has a large diameter, large corrosion margin, small radial force, small shaft deflection, and the deflection at the shaft seal is less than 0.05 mm. The flow rate in the tube is small, the vibration is small, and the noise is low. The pump body is equipped with an automatic exhaust device. The pipeline structure is simple and has good bearing capacity. The pump body does not need a bracket, will not break, and has a long life. 4. Closed impeller has strong adaptability to working conditions, high efficiency and low cavitation value. The device is required to have a small cavitation margin and the shaft does not come into contact with the medium being transported. 5. Wear parts can be replaced. The impeller and pump body wear rings and shaft seals can be flushed. When the wear rings and sleeves on the pump body and impeller are worn out, replace them, and the pump body, impeller and shaft can still be used intermittently. Save maintenance and spare parts costs, making maintenance simple and quick.
6. The stuffing box has appropriate size, and the stuffing seal and mechanical seals of various structures are interchangeable. Good interchangeability, and the stuffing box does not need to be processed separately during modification.
