LC-B series chemical slurry pump is a new, energy-saving and long-life product developed based on our company's LC series pumps through hydraulic optimization design to improve pump efficiency and improve transmission system. The LC-B series pumps are single-stage, single-suction bracket type horizontal centrifugal pumps. They are suitable for transporting liquids containing suspended particles, corrosive and abrasive media, viscous media, and with structural characteristics. structural characteristics
1. The pump is of an all-metal structure. The pump shell is strong and thick, the inner wall is smooth, it has excellent corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, and long service life.
2. The impeller flow channel is spacious and the hydraulic performance is efficient. The front cover plate of the closed impeller is equipped with back blades, which can reduce media leakage. Different forms of impellers can be selected according to the characteristics of the medium, with good interchangeability.
3. There are many sealing forms designed, generally using double-end containerized mechanical seals, which are easy to disassemble and remove without leakage. Sealing structures such as single-end mechanical seals and packing seals can also be used. Reasonable choices can be made for different working conditions and different user requirements.
4. The shaft adopts a rigid design, and the bearings are cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings, which can withstand large radial forces and ensure long-term normal operation of the transmission part.
5. There is a large conical space between the impeller and the pump cover, which effectively prevents the possibility of solid phase medium entering the shaft seal.
6. The pump cover and transmission parts have good versatility and can reduce the number of spare parts.
7. There is an axial adjustment device at the bracket. After certain abrasion and corrosion occur on the flow parts, the performance of the pump can be restored to the greatest extent by adjusting the gap between the impeller and the pump body.
8. Lubricating oil and grease can be used to lubricate bearings according to different medium temperatures. When the medium temperature is too high, oil lubrication and water-cooling structures can be used. Various lubrication methods are common to the bearing box. The lubricating oil structure is equipped with an oil level mirror and an oil cup to fully ensure good lubrication; the safe and reliable labyrinth dust disk can effectively prevent dirt and impurities from entering and prevent leakage of lubricating oil.
