The base adopts a large-span base structure and is equipped with 2 45mm roller rails, which provides the machine with a very strong bearing capacity and meets the high rigidity requirements during heavy cutting.

High-performance spindle

The headstock guide rail has a large cross-section design, and the structure is optimized to the best of the same model. It is equipped with a Z-direction non-counterweight structure to ensure the stability and accuracy of vertical high-speed positioning.

The span of the Z-axis guide rail is larger than that of traditional models, which greatly improves the contact ratio between the headstock and the column, ensuring high torque of the spindle during processing.

The short nose spindle ensures the cutting rigidity of the machine.
