The Zhuopufang ram series adopts advanced gantry design concept and combines FEA finite element analysis to effectively reduce the deformation of the machine tool during the processing process, while improving processing accuracy and precision retention.

The product types are rich and complete in series, meeting the processing needs of different industries; suitable for various materials such as aluminum alloy, cast iron, and steel.

 The overall external protection design conforms to ergonomics, is pleasant, is easy to operate and maintain, and has a good waterproof and anti-debris optimization design effect.

High-precision, high-stability structural design

All castings are made of high-strength gray cast iron with vibration absorbing ability, which is aging treated to ensure stability; reasonable reinforcing ribs are designed to have good bending resistance to ensure machine rigidity.

Slider:Centrally symmetrical headstock design; hard rail has large cross-section and high rigidity; overall rigidity is increased by 20%.

Main axis:Imported spindle unit, and imported carbon fiber coupling is used to directly connect the motor and gearbox, with a maximum output torque of 1000N.M.

Bed:Integrated casting bed with internal reinforcement design; simplifies the assembly process, reduces personnel assembly errors, and improves machine stability.

Beam:The stepped beam and saddle design shifts the overall center of gravity of the headstock backward, increasing processing rigidity.
