Company History: A Story of Growth & Innovation

The evolution of EJETMAGNET mirrors the innovative progress of China’s magnetic separation technology.

In 2006, the company was founded as Fushun Jinsheng Yuyi Electromechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. by four experienced engineers dedicated to developing magnetic separation equipment. That same year, we exported our first dry magnetic separator to Australia, marking the beginning of our international journey.

Between 2007 and 2008, we shipped our first eddy current separator to Bahrain. Amid the global financial crisis, we swiftly pivoted to capture emerging opportunities in domestic waste household appliance recycling, achieving growth despite challenging conditions.

By 2009, business expanded rapidly, with our global client base exceeding 300 companies, covering nearly all waste appliance recycling plants across China.

In 2012, we moved to a larger facility in the Fushun Economic Development Zone’s Pacific Industrial Park to accommodate growing production needs. A year later, in 2013, the company was renamed Fushun EJETMAGNET Co., Ltd., with registered capital increased to 12 million RMB.

The year 2014 saw us obtain full export rights and launch our independent e-commerce platform, strengthening our global sales channels.

By 2017, our total production area reached 10,000 square meters, with an annual capacity of 500 sorting units and 20 complete production lines.

From 2019 to 2022, we exported an ASR recycling line to Brisbane, Australia, and expanded the application of eddy current separators into waste incineration bottom ash processing, introducing a double-layer eddy current separator to the market.

In 2023, our first waste glass recycling line became operational, and our independently developed X-ray sorter gained strong market acceptance in recycled aluminum preprocessing.

In 2024, our newly upgraded full-metal separator and AI-based optical sorting machine entered the market and have been widely recognized by customers.

Today, Fushun EJETMAGNET has grown into a high-tech enterprise with nearly 100 employees, serving customers in more than 50 countries worldwide, and continues to lead innovation in China’s magnetic separation industry.

The entrepreneurial legends of four engineers

Behind the word "Yijie" is an entrepreneurial story full of technical sentiments and gratitude. In 2006, four engineers from poor mountainous areas, with gratitude to their parents and the dream of glory to their ancestors, decided to jointly create a magnetic separation equipment company. They took a word from the names of their respective fathers and formed the original company name-"Jin Sheng Yuyi".

Starting a business is difficult. The registered capital of 100,000 yuan was borrowed by four people. They rented a small venue but had a high pursuit of technology. It was this spirit of excellence that enabled them to successfully participate in the design of China's first concentric eddy current separator, laying a technical foundation for future development.

Persistence and transformation in crisis

When the global financial crisis swept across in 2008, China's export market was severely affected, and demand for magnetic separation equipment dropped sharply. During the company's difficult times, two of the four founders chose to leave. However, the remaining Wang Bingxun and another founder chose to stick with it.

Wang Bingxun keenly observed the potential of the domestic waste household appliance recycling market and quickly led the company's transformation. By 2009, the company had more than 300 customers, covering al* all waste household appliance dismantling and recycling plants across the country. This successful transformation not only allowed the company to overcome difficulties, but also established its market position in the field of solid waste sorting.

The meaning of "Yijie": the unity of humility and self-confidence

After the company changed its name to "Yijie", this name reflects the unique cultural connotation of China companies: "Yi" means "the same" and contains a humble attitude-not belittle its peers and recognizing that everyone is excellent;"Jie" means "outstanding", reflecting **'s confidence that the quality of China's equipment is comparable to that of international first-tier brands.
