1.Both the rotor blades and stationary blades of this equipment are made of special alloy steel, offering exceptional wear resistance and suitability for pulp with high impurity content. 

2.The rotor blades adopt a high-reflux double-vortex design, adaptable to various types of raw material qualities, ensuring excellent disintegration efficiency. 

3.The stationary blades feature a turbulence-type design, enhancing disintegration capability. 

4.In the new hydraulic pulper, the pulp's flow path within the tank differs from the traditional "S"Type model, providing high water flow rotation intensity.
