Use: Separates and removes light/heavy impurities from waste paper pulp while defibering unbroken paper sheets from the hydraulic pulper to maintain its continuous operation. Structural Features: 

1.The equipment permits smaller heavy impurities and larger light impurities to enter for disintegration. Larger heavy residues (e.g., iron blocks, stones) must be discharged through the hydraulic pulper's heavy residue valve to prevent damage to the rotor blade assembly. 

2.Equipped with an automatic control system for batch cleaning cycles, executing sequential operations: pulp feeding, screening, pulp washing, and residue discharge. Minimizes fiber carryover in discharged residues, optimizing fiber recovery. 

3.Effectively removes light/heavy impurities from waste paper pulp, reduces preprocessing requirements, and enhances pulper production capacity. 

4.Performs efficient coarse screening of waste paper pulp to simplify process operations and reduce power consumption.
