HKG multi-layer sleeve high-pressure differential valve includes HKG-10 series multi-stage pressure reducing low-noise control valves, HKG-20 series labyrinth cage control valves, HKG-30 series cascade pressure reducing anti-dirt control valves, and HKG-50 series pilot multi-stage pressure reducing low-noise control valves. This series of valves adopts multi-layer sleeves or uses integrated labyrinth multi-stage pressure reducing valve internals structure. The special valve internals design can achieve the effect of reducing noise and pressure under high temperature and high pressure differential conditions. When the fluid medium flows through the internals of the valve body, the complex throttle channel has a large damping coefficient, which will gradually reduce the pressure and speed to prevent erosion of the internals and control their noise. Alternatively, increase or decrease the throttle number of the grooves in the labyrinth internals to adapt to different pressure difference requirements, completely control the fluid speed, reduce the pressure step by step, and achieve the purpose of noise reduction. The maximum noise reduction can reach about 30 decibels, and the leakage of the regulating valve complies with the ANSI FCI70-2-2013 standard. The regulating valve is equipped with a multi-spring membrane actuator or a cylinder actuator, which has a compact structure and a large output force. The product complies with GB/T4213-2024 standard.
