X Ray Sorter
The X-Ray intelligent sorting machine is a green sorting device that integrates advanced artificial intelligence and industrial intelligent software. It achieves efficient sorting through X-Ray projection, extensive data process- ing,and precise separation using high-pressure valves. This equipment is widely used in the recycling resource industry for applications such as the purification pretreatment of recycled aluminum, sorting non-ferrous metals, and waste recycling.
It can intelligently sort ores such as lead-zinc,tungsten,copper,molybdenum,tin,gold,and manganese,provid- ing high-quality sorting results and significantly reducing mining costs.
Feature
● Unique Image Processing Algorithm: The device uses a unique image processing technology capable of rapidly and accurately identifying complex materials, with a recognition success rate as high as 99.9%.
● Multi-channel and Real-time Adaptation: The design incorporates a multi-channel jet system, which ensures high processing capacity and sorting accuracy while effectively preventing material overflow and reduced sorting accuracy in the event of sudden overfeeding.
● Multiple Material Mode Storage: The system can continuously accumulate the characteristics of different materials and store sorting parameters. When the type of sorted material changes,a single button can switch to any stored material mode.
● Efficient Particle Ejection: Precise calibration technology and turbine roll adjustment ensure accurate beam positioning and uniform energy acquisition, achieving precise material separation and efficient recovery.
●Safety Advantage: Great importance is placed on equipment safety. The X-ray radiation range is strictly controlled within 10mm,with radiation levels below 1μSv.(Conventional radiation safety regulations require radiation levels to be less than 1μSv at a distance of 300mm from the equipment exterior).
●This type of device could be used in waste sorting, mineral processing,or other industrial material separa- tion scenarios.
