The SBW integrated temperature transmitter with thermocouple/thermal resistance is an installation and transmission unit for temperature instruments. It can detect, transmit and display the temperature of liquids and gases on solid surfaces. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, electromechanical, light textile. Food, medicine and other industrial and scientific research fields, is a new type of electromechanical temperature instrument. The SBW type integrated temperature transmitter with thermocouple/thermal resistance is mainly composed of a temperature sensor (thermocouple or thermal resistance) and a TS or TTS series temperature transmitter. The display type product is additionally equipped with a digital display table. The temperature change module and display table can be directly installed in the junction box of the sensor, or separately installed on the field pipeline, thus integrating temperature sensing, transmission and display. Thermocouples and thermal resistance temperature sensors convert the measured temperature into electrical signals and input them into the temperature transmitter. The transmitter circuit module consists of an amplification unit, a linearization unit, a voltage/current conversion, a self-correction circuit, a voltage adjustment unit and a reverse protection circuit. Transmitters using thermocouples as temperature measuring elements also include cold junction compensation units, and those using thermal resistance as temperature measuring elements also include R/V conversion units.
