Product information
Crude nitrogen prepared by pressure swing adsorption (PSA) or membrane system is mixed with a small amount of hydrogen, and the residual oxygen reacts with hydrogen in a reactor filled with metal palladium deoxidation catalyst to produce water vapor. Then, * of the water vapor is condensed through an aftercooler, and the condensed water is removed through a high-efficiency water separator, and then enters the adsorption dryer to make the product gas dew point below-70℃. The product gas purity is continuously monitored online by an analyzer.
The hydrorefining nitrogen unit consists of a mixer, catalytic reactor, aftercooler, cyclone separator, filter or adsorption dryer, oxygen analyzer, flowmeter and product nitrogen buffer tank.

This hydrogenation purification system using deoxidation catalysts is particularly suitable for industries that are not sensitive to hydrogen. The process is particularly suitable for heat treatment, powder metallurgy, copper smelting and processing, steel deep processing, bearings, chemicals, electronics, glass, metal materials, magnetic materials and other industries.
