The test load adopts remote operation mode, connected to the load body through a computer or the network cable of the experimental bench to control the load, which not only ensures the safety of the operator, but also has multi-functional characteristics. 1. Measurement and control functions


1. Load test: The rated value can be loaded to measure and display the steady-state three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, operating time and other parameters of the generator set.
2. One-click load addition and subtraction: Whether a manual switch or software control is used, the power value can be set first, and then the main loading switch can be activated, and the load will be loaded according to the preset value, thus avoiding load fluctuations during the power adjustment process.
3. Control method selection: You can choose local or intelligent methods to control the load.
4. Local control: The load is equipped with a local control panel and is divided into several power gears. The loading can be controlled through switches.
5. Intelligent control: Control the load through the data management software on the computer to realize automatic loading, display, record and manage the test data, generate various curves and charts, and support printing.
6. Interlocking of control methods: The system is equipped with a control method selector switch. After selecting any control method, the operations performed through other methods will be invalid to avoid conflicts caused by multiple operations.

2. Software functions

1. Communication method: Intelligent control uses optically isolated RS485 communication serial port to connect to PC, which has strong anti-interference capabilities and ensures the stability of system control. You can also realize the conversion of various communication protocols through a converter, using USB or RS232 ports for communication.
2. Loading method: manual loading or automatic loading.
3. Manual loading: Input power and power factor, that is, load according to the specified values.
4. Automatic loading: The power and duration of multiple loading stages can be set during testing, and the stage test can be automatically carried out in the preset order of 0%→25%→50%→75%→95% or 110%.
5. Parallel test: When multiple loads are parallel, the software can perform parallel test. It can not only display and record the parameters of each load, but also display and record the total system parameters after parallel.
6. Real-time parameters: During the testing process, the software can display main parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, frequency, and time in real time.
7. Safety monitoring: The load status can be visually monitored through software indicators, and the reason for the shutdown is prompted when abnormal shutdown protection is provided.
8. Data collection interval: The smaller data storage interval is 2 seconds.
9. Data preservation and query: Test data can be saved in the software and historical test data can be queried at any time.

The high-voltage load is also equipped with an emergency stop function, which can be stopped with one click through an external console or PC software to control the load cabinet to shut down. When the emergency stop or protection function is triggered, the load cabinet will continue to sound the alarm. The console and PC software can explain the cause of the alarm and remind the staff to pay attention. In order to prevent false positives or meet the user's special test needs, all protection functions can be freely set on switches to turn off the alarm when necessary.
