Periodical sulfanilamide high-efficiency boiling dryer
working principle
Under the suction of the fan, natural air passes through the purification cabinet and heater, forming a high-speed airflow in the small holes of the material bed board, and making the material in a boiling state. During the large-area contact between the gas-solid phases, the moisture in the material evaporates rapidly, thereby achieving dryness.
After being heated and purified, the air is introduced from the lower part by the induced draft fan and passes through the hole and screen of the hopper. In the working chamber, fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. Water is quickly evaporated and then taken away with exhaust gas, and the material is quickly dried.
