It is manufactured by the stepped seam core automatic production line of GEORG Company in Germany and adopts a new stepped seam process, which greatly improves the no-load performance of the core. The coil is made of American huntsman epoxy resin, and the coil pouring process is completed by German HEDRICH vacuum pouring equipment. This product has good resin permeability and no bubbles, so the local release volume is small. The high and low voltage line diagrams are closely matched and have strong structural strength, thus ensuring strong resistance to short circuit and vibration. Under normal use conditions, the product has a service life of 30 years or more. During the operating life period, under normal use conditions, the product will not crack the coil surface due to temperature changes.
