Product information
Deep groove ball bearings consist of four basic parts, including the inner ring, outer ring, steel ball and cage. Under normal operating conditions, the inner race, outer race and steel balls bear loads, while the cage separates and maintains stability of the steel balls. Single row centripetal deep groove ball bearings have a simple structure, no separation of inner and outer rings, and easy to use. They have a wide range of applications, such as precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles, woodworking machinery, textile machinery, mining machinery, electromechanical equipment, plastic machinery, Office equipment, medical equipment, fitness, national defense, aviation, * and sports equipment and general machinery, etc., are the * widely used type of bearings in the machinery industry.
Deep groove ball bearings are mainly used to withstand radial loads, and can also withstand a certain amount of axial loads. When the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has the nature of a radial thrust bearing and can withstand large axial loads. This type of bearing can limit axial movement in both directions. Depending on the size of the clearance, the inner and outer rings are allowed to tilt relative to each other by 8'to 16'. In addition, since the friction torque of deep groove ball bearings is smaller than other types of bearings, they are more suitable for high-speed operating conditions.
