Product information
The inner and outer rings of tapered roller bearings have tapered raceways, and tapered rollers are installed between the raceways. If the conical surface is extended, it will eventually converge to a point on the bearing axis. Tapered roller bearings are mainly used to withstand radial and axial combined loads, mainly radial loads. The axial carrying capacity of the bearing is determined by the contact angle. The larger the contact angle, the greater the axial carrying capacity. Tapered roller bearings are separate bearings. The inner ring with rollers and cages constitutes an inner component and can be installed separately from the outer ring. This kind of bearing can limit the axial displacement of one side of the shaft or the housing, and does not allow the shaft to tilt relative to the housing hole. Under radial load, additional axial force will be generated, so generally in the bearing two bearings, the outer ring and inner ring of the bearing with the end face should be installed relatively. The main uses of this type of bearing: automobile front wheel, rear wheel, transmission, differential, pinion shaft, machine tool spindle, construction machinery, large agricultural machinery, railway vehicle gear reducer, rolling mill roll neck small reducer.
