As a large energy consumer in the world, energy conservation, emission reduction and energy structure adjustment have always been the development focus of China's energy industry. Among them, the development and utilization of biomass energy with resource advantages has also attracted the attention of the China government. In particular, the utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources accounts for a relatively high proportion, reaching 45.45%. The biomass biogas power generation project uses large-scale straw manure mixed raw materials to prepare biogas for power generation, and at the same time improves the residue into organic fertilizer for farms to grow feed, thereby turning manure into renewable resources for recycling. According to statistics, since 2012, the installed capacity of biomass power generation in China has increased by more than 4 times, and the development is very rapid.

It can be seen that biomass gas power generation has unique advantages and is unprecedented in scale. However, the old problem we have often mentioned before will inevitably appear in the exhaust emissions of biomass gas power generation, that is, the treatment of NOx.

Hebei Hanlan equipped the manure biogas generator set of the Biomass Energy Company with denitrification devices to reduce NOx emissions. Based on the actual situation of the customer's project, design a denitrification plan for biomass biogas generator units. It also uses the mainstream SCR denitrification process at home and abroad, namely Selective Catalytic Reduction denitrification technology-under the action of a denitrification catalyst, a reducing agent is used to selectively react with NOx in the flue gas to generate harmless nitrogen (N2) and water (H2O), thereby achieving the purpose of removing NOx in the flue gas. The denitrification rate can reach more than 95% and no by-products are generated, and secondary pollution will not be formed. This is precisely the reason why * power plants around the world choose this technology.

Not only that, the denitrification system of Wanchun biomass biogas unit also has the following advantages and characteristics:

? The denitrification system has simple structure, convenient operation, high reliability, high degree of automation and denitrification efficiency, and relatively low primary investment;

? It can adapt to fluctuations in generator operating load and meet the requirements of unit start and stop times. It does not cause any interference to the operating load and operating mode of the generator;

? System start-up, normal operation monitoring and accident handling can be automated;

? The maintenance time interval of the denitrification device is consistent with that of the generator set, reducing maintenance and overhaul periods;

? The pressure bearing capacity of the denitrification device is the same as the designed pressure bearing capacity of the generator;

? The system has small combination, simple and fast connection, strong corrosion resistance, and excellent overall performance;

? The back pressure and ammonia escape rate of the flue gas denitrification system are low, and the urea solution consumption of a single generating unit is not high;

? Select a catalyst with high activity and high sulfur tolerance for a longer service life;

? The pipes and valves are reasonably arranged to realize the series connection of the flue gas denitrification system and the waste heat device.
